A current list of active umpires is in the Chelmsford & District Netball League Handbook.

Please book your umpires using this list with plenty of notice before games, using a suitably qualified umpire for your division:

Division 1 must be umpired by:

• a B award or above or

• a C award who is actively working towards their B aware qualification through nomination and election in the East Region Senior League

Division 2 - 6 games must be umpired by:

• C Award or above

Division 7 and 8 games must be umpired by: 

• Home team: a C award or above 

• Away team: a C award or above or an IO who has passed their C award written paper, provided they are still within their 2 year post completion validity period

Division 9 and 10 games must be umpired by: 

• IO or above

Division 11 games must be umpired by: 

• Home team: IO umpire or above, or a trainee umpire with a mentor present 

• Away team: trainee umpire or above

 

If your game is cancelled - do not forget to tell your umpire!
